How do these supporting mods sound for adding a Evo 3 big 16g and what kinda hp you think I'd be looking at walbro 255 pump, 1000cc injectors, vrsf fmic, ECM link, wideband, boost gauge, punishment racing recirculating 2.5 in o2 housing, full Megan racing exhaust! Anything else you'd recommend?

Add a fuel pressure regulator and you're good to go. Boost is going to dictate how much hp you'll make but the average is around 300-350hp @low to mid 20 psi.

Ya I forgot to add fpr to that list haha and sweet that's what I was thinking for horsepower but didn't know

An 16g at best makes 400hp, and thats if you got an amazing set up. Great list in mods though! Also my suggestion, look into Speed Density.

Your going to need to do a rewire for the fuel pump, if your thinking of going into 20+ psi I would get some l19 head studs and oem composite hg. Cams would be nice and also valve springs. Also I would get a new timing belt, balancer belt and water pump all oem or gates. And perform all maintenance. Your going to want to port the 16g turbine wg hole if you don't want to boost at 18 psi. There notorice for boost creep once you open up the exhaust. To hold the power your going to need a better stronger clutch than stock.

I got newer timing belt and no balance shaft and arp head studs and a new head gasket and new gaskets on manifold, Im and that's it. But what's speed density? I'm just looking for like 300 at the wheels if I can even get there hahah

I was also going to rewire the pump like you stated, what kinda clutch would you say to go with in an automatic

93 octane. And doesn't every car have a clutch in it??? Lol I'm kinda new to the whole cars scene but I did just do a motor swap on my car.

Alittle research comes to tell me that Infact all cars do not have clutches hmmm would I need to build the trans at all or would it handle the 350hp to the crank

Crap you have an auto? Autos dont have a clutch. Therefore you'd need to do a manual swap to upgrade a clutch.

Screw it keep it auto see what happens. See when that bellhouse wizard yells uncle.

Don't worry about speed density yet just tinker with the basics first, you have a great setup to get ya where you want. Good choice on ECMlink. Make sure you know the difference between wideband and narrow o2 sensor. And don't get fancy on the exhaust yet, just go cat back (replaces all piping after the catalytic converter) 16gs can cause some issues once a high flowing exhaust is installed and a catback will keep that in check until you learn all about the 16s and 'creeping'. By the way, there's three 16's. Biggest to smallest: Evo3 16g, Big 16g, and small 16g. Evo3 16 is separate from the big 16g. I believe they are same wheels dimensionally except the evo3 has a better metal makeup in the wheels, not sure correct me if wrong. Stick with OEM on the 4 manifold to turbo bolts (along with the conical washers 2 per bolt) I do not recommend ARP for the application. ARP on the manifold to head is okay though. Nickel is about the highest temp antiseize I know of, regular AS won't cut it there so keep that in mind. Recirculate the BOV if you can, a handful of benefits there. Go through your cooling system, a full check over. A FMIC can cause cooling problems if you're not careful about ducting and making sure fans work. There's more, just take your time and ask questions it'll be worth it.

Get ARP bolt for the head, and if u can cometic GH too

Ger ARP bolts and cometic GH if u can

I have the punishment 2.5 recirc 02, followed by a 2.5to3" adapter, to 3" downpipe to the high flow cat. After punching out the cat I creeped bad. Just an FYI, but you can easily tune for it or go external WG or dump to atmosphere to control boost better.

For a street car at that HP range, there's no reason to not get a cat. I put down over 500whp in the 2G with a 3" high flow cat.

Depends on state/provincial laws.
When I lived in Ontario I had no cat but here in NL there are no emissions regulations so my cat is gone.

I would highly suggest switching to speed density to get the most out of your set up. Also consider methanol injection.
