Resolved EPROM Questions

Okay, to preface this I am not necessarily a "newbie", but I do have a specific question relating to Eprom Ecu's.
I have searched and searched on here and have not found a clear-cut answer.

I understand how to ID my ECU as Eprom or non-eprom and I have a basic understanding of what the Eprom chip is.

My question is, which (or both?) ECU has a rev limiter? I have taken it to 7500 rpm (which is scary....), but have not come to a conclusion that it has a rev limit. Last night in the rain, I had the tires spinning and was not looking at the RPM's, but I swear it sounded like I had a rev limiter. I was not paying attention to RPM, so I do not know if it was at 7500 but I do know it was high RPM for sure (obviously hahaha). I do not know which ECU I have as I have not looked at it yet, but I am still on the fence on whether I have a limiter. This is my first post on here and I am not really sure if this is even where to post a question like this, so sorry in advance if it isn't.

I have a 95' GST with minor mods. My head has been rebuilt, intake side of my turbo has been bored and rebuilt, EVO 10 BOV, Hallman MBC (in the mail), ACT streetlight flywheel, and I have a short block I am rebuilding to swap out my current lower end. My dad has had this car since 98' and it has now been passed to me.

Eprom, and non Eprom ecus both have rev limiters. They will also be the same rpm for each submodel.

Yes. In fact I'm unaware of any fuel injected Mitsubishi that doesn't.

Hm. Good to know. Looking at my my ECU under the dash, it does have the E stamped on it. I guess I won't know if it is EPROM until I pull it out huh? When I unplug the wiring harness does that reset the ECU or do anything I should be aware of prior to taking it out?

Just an update:
I cracked open my ECU and it IS EPROM. Doesn't really do me any good right now as I am not tuning yet, but it's good to know
