hi i have a 90 talon tsi 245k km, the timing belt went killed the valves and cracked the head.

i just received a 92 tsi auto 198k km, i have a standard. it was a stolen car and has a smashed bumper. it still runs and drives but the rad fans are touching the rad houses from being pushed back a bit and the front window is all spiderweb.

what i want to do is do a engine swap. maybe do something about the snycro ring second gear was really bad from what i could remember, the car has been off the road for about 2 years. I already have the 90 talon engine ready to take out except the for the front axles picture below.

what i'm asking is:
-list of parts i might need probably intake/exhaust mani gasket etc.
-a order list for the minimal things that i would need to take out the engine on the 92 tsi.
-and problems that i might run into
-should i use the small turbo, i don't have the larger injectors anymore lost them when i took in the cracked head, but i still have the original 90.
-i'm going to use rent an engine hoist is that all i really need?

thanks i need to get this done pretty soon people complaning about all the cars in there yard :nono:

p.s. i want to switch the rear bumper and lights with the new one should i have any problems?
