ok how hard would it be to take out my 90 laser turbo motor and drop it in a 92 eclipse?

We need more details, like what kind of Eclipse? The answer either way will be very subjective, it's all opinion. Some people may think an oil change is "hard", to others it's simple. If you are putting it in a Turbo car it should be easy, if you are trying to put it in an N/A car it will be much more work.
