Engine revs to redline when started after 6 bolt swap

I just completed my 6 bolt block swap but now when I start the car it immediately goes revs toward the red line. I shut it off before it gets there though (about 5500rpm). I checked my throttle cable as well as my throttle body and neither are stuck. I also switched my TPS with a used one I had sitting around, that still did not solve the problem.

Before the swap I did not have this problem. I only have very mild mods that are in my profile.

Check the the cables inside of the Cruise Control Box.

Thank You! It seems to be working, but only half way. When lowering the motor i accidentally broke the cylinder just in front of the battery. Is there anyway that I can remove just the cruise section of cable and leave the box until I can get the non cruise throttle cable?
