engine code keeps poping up!

hi i really don't know why it keeps popping up i replaced the sensor but the code is 0115 engine coolant temp circuit malfunction and i really don't know to fix it i just put a new pig tail on it and i looked it over and it looks fine why does this keep popping up and also what are these and what do they do .

The evap system just puts the fumes from the gas back into the gas tank its for emissions.

Also for the coolant temp circuit you should go look at a wire diagram and find what is all in that circuit of sensors and wires then go check everything that is in line. E.x. If it went from your ecu to a fuse then relay then to the sensor and back to somewhere you need to check all that.

well it randomly turned off it does that for some weird reason.
