I dont know, it looks good but it is pretty cheap. The thing that I dont like is that it is not specificially for your car. Hope that helps, Winter

Actually, that product is as much "specifically for his car" as PocketLOGGER is. PocketLOGGER for 2g's is designed to work with all OBDII vehicles just like the ebay item is.

you would be better off with a pocket logger. that wouldn't be beneficial for tunning purposes.

How would he be better off?? Do you use PocketLOGGER yourself? How would PocketLOGGER be more beneficial for tuning purposes?

To the OP... this auction appears to offer all the benefits and features of PocketLOGGER (and then some). The only thing I would question is the reliability of it. But, for the right price, that may be worth the investment. I personally would give it a try... hell, I might get it to go along with my current PL setup I'm using.

The cable alone is worth that much in my book. Good Find :thumb:

Im using a elm chip obd logger. It will only work with some logging programs though. Im using OBD gauge and it works good. I tried using hte frank-n-stien program but it want work with the elm chip logger. Or at least it wouldnt work for me.

Thanks for the replies. 95CarbonEclipse, thanks for the support. Sometimes people on this site can be really negative. Your and bluetlr2001 are just answering the question like I wanted. I just like to know if something like this would work and if someone is using it or something like it. Thanks again.:thumb: Also, if I find one made in the usa I may buy it.

Word.

Im glad to help out. Like i said i like using mine but some of the free logger programs dont work with an elm chip logger. But on a 2g most of the logger programs log the same thing and log at about the same rate. So i think you would be happy with the logger. If you do get it i have a list of logging programs that will work with the elm chip from the guy i got mine from. If you want the list guy pm me. Also there is a long thread of logging progams on here somewere that i posted some of the free programs in.

bluetlr2001, thanks. I will see what happens after the holidays. Right now all the money is going to the family. When I get one, if I have questions I will pm you about it. I am not looking for some thing that has a lot of functions, I just want to be able to log some items and these seem to do just that and not cost too much. Alsom it is nice to know that someone else is using this kind of logger and it works. I have since found some from america and not some chinese place so hopefully it will work. Where did you get yours? Again, thanks.
