So I was driving down the road yesterday to pick my wife up from work and my car starts chugging. I was kinda low on gas and my first thought was sh*t i ran outta gas. I have gas LOL but it was kinda like before where my alternator went bad. Gauges were all over the place. All electrical shut off came back on twice for 2 secs each time as I was rolling. Then didnt come back on and the engine slowly died. I have no power what so ever. I have a new battery, new alternator. I checked my fuses they look alright. Mabe its a relay??

Well this was kind of the same situation for my Uncle.
He was driving in the freeway in my Eclipse.
My Eclipse just turned off him completely in the freeway.
He said no one hit him, but the motorcycle went flying off his bike.

Anyways, the car didn't turn back on when he was in the freeway.
It had to get towed, was pretty expensive...
Well when I got the car I opened the hood to check things out.
My terminals were pretty melted/ in bad shape. ( previous owner )
So first thing I did was go to Auto zone and got new terminals ( battery + / - )
then charge my battery for a few hours, then went and got a new battery.

Is your battery like completely charged? Are your terminals not melted?
Just a few things I would suggest checking before spending cash!
Hope that helps! :thumb:

Yep my battery is completely charged. Had no problems starting it and was reading 13 volts before I had problems. Terminals are good I replaced those when I got the battery.
