EGT probe

Hey, just wondering where's the best place to buy a autometer EGT probe? Thanks.

here is the place i bought mine from. I'm thinking about eventually buying a greddy or some other egt gauge and probe that go above 1600 deg F.

Thanks 99blackgst. I see that there are different ones ranging from $85 to $150. I understand they are made if different material but can someone explain to me are they really all that different? Thanks.

Probaby the difference in the higher price ones are accuracy. I have the $46.90 one it seems to work fine. I think the $46.90 one is the probe that comes with most EGT gauge kits that the probe is included.

When you get the EGT gauge make sure that you throw out the probe that it came with and get a TRE EGT probe.
You can watch it go at the same speed as your Tach and Speedo.
