About to finishing plugging everything in my 6 bolt swap. Must the EGR vaccum ( line coming out of the egr) be plugged or can i block it ? Like Vaccum line with a screw in it for now ?

What about the 3 on top of the TB? That go to the soleniod. Can i do the same to those?

I have a DSMlink if that matters :D

Thanks alot.

when i blocked off the nipples on my tb, i just took a piece of hose and looped it between two of them, saves from having to use a bunch of block of pieces.

I built a block off plate and used a litle gasket maker on it, left the 2 ports on the egr unblocked (plates blocking it) and capped off the ports on TB napa had a little cap set for $5 so i picked up 2 packs and took off all vacuume lines on it, Got to say car does like starting up softer now. you can pm me for any questions i just did this yesterday =]

When I did my blockoff, I did have an actual blockoff plate that I tagged from a 1.8L motor from a yard.

With the bolts long enough on the stock EGR, I just sandwiched the plate inbetween the EGR and manifold with gasket material facing the manifold.

Aluminum can material is great as well - easy to trace on and cut with scissors..
