Have exhausted all possibilities she will run then just fall absolutely on face. Thinking it's an issue with I guess it would be ghost code at this point but if it's not that what could it be

Elaborate on "exhausted all possibilities" .....replaced stuff? Checked various components, wiring etc? Measured things?

Replaced what the code keeps reading also, checked other components, did compression tests, fuses checked, will be willing to double check wiring again, and measured what we could. We also look to see what the other 420a has to the other not much is different. I guess at this point cause the fuse box bracket went missing could it be that

What code? Did it run well for a bit? Does it run differently cold vs warmed up?
Please provide more info. Ecu is a dumb device. Info in, instructions out. You have to know what its doing and why. Sensor inputs can be bad, wiring. Mechanical failure, improper install of parts. Lots of things
Elaborate please.

Full rebuild? Why? You said it passed the compression test. So if it isn't knocking or smoking then you really have no reason to rebuild the engine at this time.

I'd like to know what code it had. And we can work from there.
