I was selling this ECU and I noticed it looks like this heat sink is shattered. The ECU is a 95 Eprom with DSMLink V2 and my car ran fine with it.

Does anyone know if its anything to be concerned about?

If it was working before I would assume it's fine. I've done ecu work in the past caps and sockets and such. I'm no ecu expert. But it may have been caused by summer heat trapped in the car. For a ecu to pull enough amps to over heat and cause a heat sink to crack I would almost be certain it would have a bad short and a cracked sink would be the least of the problems
