I have searched through these forums endlessly to find some answers regarding black box ecu flashing. Since ceddy isn’t active I am having a difficult time finding maps or even tuners that can provide basemaps. Does anyone have some files I could purchase or that can point me in the right direction? Car is a 98 GST, just has bolt ons currently, stock turbo, looking for some SD conversion maps.

You're going to jump into the deep end of the pool with no lifeguards - no one supports ceddymods anymore and venturing into tuning with is is a solo adventure. There are a few outfits who will tune with Ceddymods - Rix Racing and Blacksheep Tuning I think will do that. But for your mods, you aren't going to gain hardly anything at all.

If you must do it, what you need to do is get a base tune, first and foremost.

If you've got "bolt ons and a stock turbo" you don't have to do much. You can just log and convert your MAF counts to a SD base map.

You can build a map with Log Tracing in Evoscan. If you aren't logging in Evoscan with a wideband hooked up, stop what you're doing and do not switch to SD.

When you get a larger turbo, more boost, and have to adjust your fueling (pump, injectors, etc) that's when tuning becomes important.

I use ECUFlash and I'm pretty familiar with tuning on both MAF and SD using it. I'm willing to help you with maps and adjustments, but I do have a question. Why are you wanting to go SD with everything else being pretty much stock?
