Hi guys!
This is Jean requesting yours support...
I want to make two questions, to see if it's possible to you, helping me to solve my problem with my ecmlink.
When I try to save the modifications it pops up this message...
"Configuration data needs to be saved first"
...and not save the modifications.
What should I do to solve this?
Another point is, when I tried to request a firmware, I received the file but the ECU does not updated, it pops up a message with....
"Fail to open serial****-2019.3.28-01.fwr"
I know that the V3 lite has some problem to saving modifications, but my Ecmlink is a V3 full version and I tried to save the same way and it not worked... Any idea of this problem, or there are another way to do that?
