ebay 20g reliable?

Any one know how reliable the ebay 20g turbo is guy has one for $100 buck's any feedback on the turbo? Or am I better of with my stock one?

Ya reliable to blow your engine!! I would pass bro there's a Hahn 20g in the classifieds for $100 you should jump on if its a genuine mhi Chra. I would stay anyway from eBay turbos if you like your motor metal free and don't wanna waste money just to blow a turbo!

Even if you pass on buying that ebay turbo, your stock 14b can go a long way, with proper setup to run fast. Classifieds has many option or find a genuine mitsu turbo like^^ dsmkauai is saying.

kill yourself... i mean use the search, please avoid using ebay items if you plan on keeping your car. they have been proven unreliable, if you aren't willing to spend the extra money then you shoulda got a honda

That wasn't a Genuine turbo- it was a used Chinese knockoff in a MHI turbine housing....hence the reason it was $100. A MHI center housing doesn't have allen-head plugs blocking off the lower two coolant ports.

Ya I figured it was a knock-off and to good to be true, thanks for verifying you da man with the good turbo eye ! I was trying to get more info and picks from the seller to see because if it was real I would have gladly paid him $100 done a quick rebuild and sold it for $500 !! Haha
