Lets see a log.

Here it is. Not the greatest log. I was hoping to get a cleaner, more finalized log, but the cooling fan failure had me limping home in the heat. The global is still set a tad bit too low in this one, so AFR and wideband don't quite match. Also, I was running a rich fuel map to stay safe while dialing it in (it leaned out some after fixing boost leaks).

Another thing I have failed to mention until now: the car runs like utter garbage immediately after every cold start. For 20 seconds or so, it feels like it's not running on all 4 - unsteady idle and shakes when I give it some gas. If I hold it at say 2000 RPM, the pulsing engine vibration abruptly disappears after a few seconds. AFRS are low 12's/high 11's during this period.

I need to show the CrankingFuelAdjust and CoolantFuelAdjust tables some love, so that could be a possible cause. But maybe it's an indicator of injector problems.

Here is a better log. There is a decent pull at 150 seconds. Another thing I thought of was the possibility of a faulty fuel pressure gauge. Maybe the base fuel pressure is actually around 30 PSI instead of 43.
