E316g E85 Dyno Results+405whp+28psi

headed out to the dyno today to see what my setup had to offer on e85. overall im pretty pleased. put down 405.98 to the wheels. she knocked a little bit but not to bad.( max of 1.8 counts)

Great numbers. My EVO3 16G made 342hp/364tq on e85. 28psi falling down to 21 at redline. And I have HKS 264/272 cams. Was I being too conservative with my tune? I only saw 0.4* knock.

holy cow I just looked at your log and DSMlink said that you made 411 hp at 5300ish I did not realize that its that close.

I did the drivetrain correction ( 15%) in the hp props. this way it gives me a accurate whp reading not crank hp. usually dsmlink is pretty accurate as long as you you make multiple passes down the same road, so that the program gets steady readings.

Very nice numbers!

I'm definitely interested in seeing what AFR and timing other people are using with their e85 tune; especially if there are dyno results.

On stock 7.8:1 compression, timing surely seems to make a larger difference than AFR. For some reason most e85 setups I've screwed with seem to like around 11.5:1 AFR still.

I was running -2* timing from stock in dsmlink in the 5000 to 7000 rpms range with 12/1 to 12.4/1 AFR. At stock timing I was seeing up to 1.8* of knock.
