Once you get the carpet all done and hosed off you should run in by a car was and powereash the carpet, if nothing come off then it's a success, if some does fade, atleast you made a good base coat for the second one.. It's how I clean my pontoon eveyyear hen we pull it out of the barn just walk around an hose it like it was a deck and you'd be surprised how clean it gets without any soap even

I would just barely wash off when it was wet.. Like take it out and just take a running water hose and let it rinse not spray the carpet just to get most of it off without being too rough. Then let it dry and take the pressure washer to it.. Just my opinion

Looks good dude. I just got done with my interior I have a pic in my profile if you want to look. I used krylon outdoor plastic paint on all the panels and plastic. I used vinyl paint from autozone for the dash and a few other things but I had to wet sand it with 1500 grit. For the seats I did a fabric paint from autozone the trick is alot of heavy coats and when your done take a hard tbristle brush and rub the seats with it to soften the stiff paint, once you do this its soft again. Ut if you don't coat it enough you'll loose to much paint when you brush it. Let me know how you think it looks.

Did alot of "dye tinted" water come off when you power washed it

A fair bit yea. It soaked in the bin for a couple days.

Picture of the rear interior back in. The back trunk panel needs to be trimmed to fit with my flat aluminum floor.

Looks good I would never recommend using clear coat though on interior parts, had alot of bad results and color fade

Was this ever completed?

Not yet, I haven't touched the car in ages. Been too busy with school, work and life. I'm only home on weekends now so no time to really work on it as there's always stuff to do around the house.

There's also some parts I want to redo (rear panels, need to use adhesion promoter).
