What could one use on the V3 client with the V2 chip?
Nope you need a serial to usb converter cable, the keyspan is most widely used.ok thanks for the help. One more question can I use my v3 cable on the v2 chip? I mean I have the v2 cable just dont have the port on my computer.
Everything that is supported by V2. Clearly you don't get SD or direct map access. I switched just for the new datalogging interface.
i have ecmlink v2 in my 1g and just purchased v2 for my girls 2g but no serial port or cable. Is it possible to upgrade without the serial port?
