Working on a new jpipe routing to be more like 2g's do with fmic setups. It also gets the pipes alittle more away from the exhaust. So far I like its placement and can even fit the stock radiator now :) trying to decide on running the Honda half radiator I have or stocker.
New jpipe thanks to DeathdealerATX's hook up! ;)

Old routing and just ugly LOL, takes up to much space and puts the jpipe right along the exh mani.

Things are coming alone with the gvr4. Been double checking and adjusting stuff. Couldn't get enough adjustment out of the gvr4 master adj rod. Wanted to get the peddle off the floor. Assuming this is due to the south bend setup. So anyways I took a 2g eclipse one and cut a few threads off cuz it's to long. And I also added some threads on the other side to give even more adjustment. Got it all in and it worked perfectly. I can now properly adjust the clutch the way we all know to ;). Should be going tomorow to grab my plates Out of storage (what we do to avoid penalties when the car sits for awhile). Anyways will really get to take it out and drive!!! :)

I also added a 16" slim fan to my Honda half. Fits perfect and it def made a difference. I had a 14" and just wasn't cutting it. I love how the new on fits.

Got some goodies to add to the car for my bday :). Brand new oem shifter cables and solid shifter base kit. New ss braided brake lines from jnz and a new booster vac line. Also my boys hooking me up with jdm gvr4 hood vents. I post up my install when it all arrives. I have a sneaky way I'm doing it to look and fit like it should. He also hooked me up with some jdm clear corner lights. Getting to drive the car alittle and break in new trans. So far going really good and car feels great. Got it on a safe tune right now just pushing 16-17psi and conservative timing. Just so I can cruise around and have safe fun. Planing to turn it up to 20ish and build a aggressive timing map. Well what I can handle on 92 pump atleast. Still need to get my map and iat wired in along with my meth kit. Thanks for all your guys help and support! Love being behind the wheel of a mitsu again. Gave my friend a ride the other day and he's ready to sell his Honduh and join the dark side hahaha. He was blown away and I think i scared him alittle LOL. I didn't even give it full throttle either but easily hit a buck hahaha

Got the gvr4 cleaned up and went for a little Cruz today to get some Data for tuning. Running really well and trans feels amazing! ;) Terhune is the man and really knows his stuff!! Also my jdm vents have shipped so should be here shortly! Got a killer deal and he even gave me the vent section off a jdm gvr4 hood. Now I'll just have to weld the section into my hood. And I'll have fully functioning jdm vents and will look totally stock ;) and even more important getting that hot air out of the engine bay! :hellyeah:

Swapped out the old 2row aluminum half radiator for a new 56mm 3row. All I have to say is man what a difference, and why didn't I buy this one first LOL. I was having alittle issue with high temps in traffic and hated it. I found this 3row on eBay and won the auction for $94 plus $10 shipping. I honestly couldn't believe they honored it to Hawaii. And they had it at my door in 4 days! Really good quality super thick and nice welds, even came with a nice fan shroud. The thing just fit with my setup LOL. Havnt had temps come up at all yet. And I don't have to have the fan jumped always on now :). If your looking for a half radiator setup I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this eBay seller http://m.ebay.com/itm/56MM-3-Row-FU...t%3D711-53200-19255-0%26rvr_id%3D965081570833, this is the same one I got. I did swap out the fan for one I got from siliconeintakes.com. But they honestly looked exactly the same LOL. Next I just need to cut in my jdm hood vents and I'll be all set ;)

Thx bro appreciate it ;). Been a fun car to build and restore. My daughter loves it as much as me LOL. She's always asking me to go faster haha. She goes wow daddy that pushes me back in my seat :) she's hooked hahaha got our first ever Kauai Scca autox Sunday. I'll be running the gvr4 then in February drags open again. Time to put down some 11's! Then throw the hta68 on oh ya ;)

Temporarily got my vents in for the weekend autox. Planning to weld the full setup I got later on. So it looks completly stock and I can use the block off plates and under tray when needed. Really excited for our first autox on Kauai. And first time doing in the gvr4, should be a blast. We have 40 registered drivers signed up for the event. Event got my wife to run her Vw golf ;). I'll share some vids and pics after!!

Got to run the gvr4 in our first Scca solo autocross here on Kauai yesterday. Was such a blast and we are so stoked to finally get to do this here. Galant ran good and was really fast and sometimes a beast to handle. Only issue was the welded center diff made it hard to turn tight. But I also had a weird bog that was slowing me down in spots and adding to the hardness. I'm pretty sure it was due to having a half tank of gas and the position of the fuel pump in the stock tank. Going to try a full tank next time and see if it makes a difference. I think once I tune that out and make some adjustments the car will be easier to drive. Hoping to have the gst ready for next months race if I can finish the motor. :).

Got some new shoes for the gvr4! :hellyeah: Went with another set of hankooks haha. I wanted the rs3's since I'm autoxing a lot but needed a DD tire. Since I've had such good luck with my last 3-4 sets of ventus evo's. And they have a $100 rebate right now on a set of 4 haha. Hard to pass that up! I went with the new evo2's and went to 245/40/17. That's 7" wider than my last set at 9.7"LOL, love it. Actually looks like I could have got the 255's and had 10", but I didn't want to take that chance. So far I have the fronts done and I'm loving the look. Huge improvement already, can't wait to get the backs on tomorrow. Can already tell these tires grip more than the last set. ;) Here's a few pics, I'll take more tomorrow when it's riding on all 4 news. Next autox is on the 24th can't wait to Tear it up with the evo2's!
