I have DSM LINK+MAFT 2.01+950cc injectors from slowboyracing+Stroker 2.3.

I got a crankwalk because the main bearing have clearence I'm gonna fix that in few days.

I have problem when ever I push the clutch the rpm drop by 500 rpm and the car feel like wanna die, is that because my dead time and global setting is wrong?

Actually my car is alot moded, I have ported heads+1mm valve+BBK throttel body but I had that problem before I install that BBK throttel body

My global setting is -53% and my dead time is 360, is there anyone which have the same setup I do?

Sometimes when ever I change the dead time the Selected LTFT don't change the STFT does change, I changed my o2 sensor but I still have the same problem, I have AEM wide band if I tune it for 14.7 a/f ratio this will let my car die faster so I have to lean it out till 17 or 16 a/f ratio, is that because of 272 cams or ported heads or 1mm valve?

Actually I have installed alot of stuff all together I used to have S-AFC, then I put stroker+1mm valve+ported heads+throttel body all together and now I have this problem, I run the car for top speed and it feel fine, the car is so fast and I don't think I have leak.

Can anyone help me out why does the rpm drop and the car feel better 17 air fuel ratio insted of 14.7 and why does it take time till the LTFT change and some times It doesn't change?

Thanks

Why are you not posting this in the dsm forums? You will get a correct answer faster over there...

They always have good information-

I don't think it has anything to do with DSMLink or the cars tune. Sounds like a mechanical problem between the motor and tranny.

Please tell me you didn't tune your car to a 17:1 air fuel ratio....

Edit: Realized english is your second language...

Try raising the RPM at idle to arond 900. Also try adding fuel to the car from 500 to 2500 rpms. When setting your global fuel trims and deadtime, i'm assuming you followed the instruction's on the dsmlink website. On my car for instance, my global is at 36% and the deadtime is 555 with 720's. What is your fuel pressure at idle? Ideally at idle you want the a/f at 14.7...mine fluxuates around 14.9 to 15.4 and I'm happy with that as the idle is fairly smooth, even with cams.

When ever I try to register on DSMLINK forum it says Sorry. Registration has been disabled by the administrator.

I ordered the DSM LINK from SBR.

My idle is 1200 rpm because when ever I hit the clutch it dies and drop down to 500 rpm, that's why I set my idle and cruise very lean to 17.1 a/f ratio because this is the only way if I hit the clutch and the rpm drop down it won't die, I've run my car till 297 km/h at 5th gear and the car seem very fast with 22 psi, I have fp3065 and my a/f ratio at WOT was like 11.8, I'm still rich I was trying to rise the boost to 30 psi then I figured out I have crank walk, I guess the rpm drop down because of my crank walk and my ACT 2900, the 2900 have alot of stress on the flywheel.

And yes English is my second language
How can I register on DSM LINK forum?
I have alot of questions about DSM LINK actually

You may have to get in contact with Thomas Dorris at DSMLink. He seems to be the one that handles user registration in their forums. I had no problem getting an account there recently since I ordered off of the main site. He just sent me an e-mail with instructions to login to the site. Write to [email protected] , subject ATTN: Thomas Dorris. He may need some info from you like your order #, but should absolutely be able to set you up.

I think the idle dropping when you press in the clutch is in direct correlation to your crankwalk. I would stop driving the car until you get that fixed personally.

Yeah I read about crank walk, the rpm will drop because the when ever I press the clutch the crank walk littel bit because of 2900 ACT clutch put alot of strees on the flywheel, that's why I have to set my rpm to 1200 rpm so when ever I hit the clutch it doesn't drop alot and shut off, about the a/f ratio I'll get it to 14.7 once I get the crank fixed but actually I wasn't able to let the LTFT both into zero on idle and cruise

I thought because I have 272 cams+ported heads+1mm over valve I might need to let the a.f ratio littel bit more lean so it idle and cruise better

Thanks for answering my questions
