Driveshaft problem?

I have a laser Awd and sometimes when i drive it, it drives fine, but sometime it doesnt. When it doesnt It feels like something is smacking the floor really hard under my feet from under the car. Its done it hard enough to make a cd skip before. It usually just does it under load but not real hard driving. Mostly at around 20-25 in second and 30-35 in third. I hasnt done it in any other gear. I havent driven it hard to see if it still does it under hard driving because i dont want to break it because i love my car. Is it the driveshaft? Do i just need new carrier bearings? Or could it be worse? Oh and when i grab the driveshaft it moves a little so i think i need new carrier bearings anyway. Thanks

Well check and see if it bolted up good to the car. It may be the carrier bearings but it may be possible that the nuts that hold it up are loose or the bushings are gone.
