While working on my rear brakes today I came across something I dont really understand. Me and my brother did the passanger side brake pads with no problems. We took off the 2 bolts that held the caliper on and replaced the brake pads with no problems. We then swung over to the drivers side and ran into a problem. Out of the 2 bolts we need to take out there was only 1 we could take out. Where the second bolt should have been( on the top side of the caliper) there was no bolt head. We cant see a bolt at all but something is still retaining the calipur. If I had my digital camera I could take a picture but alas its lost atm.

Thanks,
Lyle

yeah that is just a slide bolt. once you remove the lower bolt swing the caliper up and then you can pull it off that slide bolt.
