help with drivers side cv

hi i am wondering if i need to unbolt the carier bearing on the drivers side cv axle or if this will come off from here? if it will how do i get it out?

It is easiest to unbolt the 2 bolts holding the intermediate shaft to the block and repairing the axle off the car.

is there an easy way to get to those bolts? because i havent been able to reach them well

You can do it with a wrench or ratchet and socket.

now how do i get the green part off?

A hammer and a punch works the best for me. Work your way around until it is loose.

There is a ring in there. Beat on it.

exactly just beat it around and will eventually will loosen. Sometimes they can be a real pain though.
