doing my own porting job on my 2g mani and 02 and installing a t28. now I searched vfaq and found only pics of the parts already off the car..... I'm just a begining tuner could any body tell me how you take the manifold, o2 and turbo off... so far I have the top heat sheild off downpipe off and I even took out my alternator to make room... whats next?

assumming that you took the cooling lines and oil lines off, just unbolt the manifold from the block and take everything out as one piece. If you still need more room to manuever then take the fans out

It is highly recommended that you use PB Blaster, or some other type of penetrant, on all the turbo bolts, O2 elbow/downpipe bolts, manifold bolts, and the O2 sensor, up to 3 days prior to disassembly. Without penetrant, you are likely to break or strip a bolt. If you don't have a couple of days to keep spraying penetrant on the bolts, at least spray them once and wait a few hours. Most people remove the manifold/turbo/o2 assembly as a unit after the downpipe, oil return line, intake piping, water lines, and other peripheral stuff has been removed. It is easier to unattach the turbo from the exhaust manifold when the whole assembly is out of the car.

thanks for the response guys I just ran to the car (in the garage) and removed a oil line..... I'm doing this as I go ha ha ha. I have the intake pipe all out..... I just ran out of that liquid wrench stuff but will get some tomorrow.... where are the other lines located?
