my mbc wouldn't let me control my boost level :(

everytime i step on the gas, it would let the turbo continue building boost until i let go of the gas.

I keep hitting fuel cut because of this.

So i tried removing the ball & spring out and see how it goes. It boost just fine and stop at stock boost level.

But when i put the ball & spring back in. It wouldn't let me adjust the level at all, i keep hitting fuel cut.

So i figured that i might put it on backward and went ahead and reverse the MBC.

No luck :(

Does anyone know what's wrong?

Sounds like you have it hooked up wrong. Maybe you could elaborate on how you hooked it up. My setup goes from the turbo to the MBC to the wastegate. No extra tees or anything.

What kind of MBC did you buy? I bought a ebay special for 10 bucks and mine did the same thing yours is doing. I had to replace the spring with a softer one to get the adjustment where I wanted it.
