Doesnt want to start after sitting

The cars been sitting for the past 15 years until lately. After I drive it for a few hours then it sits for an hour or so it doesnt want to start. Ill sit there and have the key turned and then after a few tries it will slowly start to turn over and idle really roughly and then if i blast the AC it will kick the idle up a little and help it out. Once I drive it though it runs perfectly

What are the first things on the list I should check?
Injector test? Spark plugs? what else?

did you change your gas and other fluids before starting the car.

Sitting for 15 years!

I would def to a tune up for sure. If you haven't already....

New:

1. Spark plugs and wires

2. Battery

Once those 2 are done, Seaform it! Stuff works great.

If you haven't already, have your alternator tested too.
