won't start after sitting for 1 night

my car had been sitting outside for 3 days in cold i swapped in 5-speed ecu because the 450cc injectors in my auto an it started up second try drove it around for awhile and park it for the night i come outside this morning and it wont start i also changed the plugs too last night it will almost start is this because of the fpr or what

how much fuel do you have in the tank? Mine was doing this today and i think it was fuel related. It wanted to start but just wouldn't. I pushed it into the garage and lit a fire, and it finally cranked up. SO it could be a frozen line or something. Its effin -20* here in Minnesota, I cant imagine Alaska being nicer.

Make sure the shifter is all the way on park.
