DNP manifold = 50trim?

sup guys, i was just wondering if the DNP manifold and a PTE 50 trim turbo will fit togeather right. the turbo is able to bolt up directly to the stock manifold and the DNP replaces the stock manifold (able to bolt up Mitsu-style turbos) im pretty sure it would, but i guess im wondering about clearance issues (radiator fans etc...), some extra advice would help out. thanks
