I recently bought a DNP manifold for my evoIII 16g. The manifold didnt come with any turbo to manifold bolts. What kind of bolts should I use?

My manifold looks like this...

Order OEM ones along with new washers.
They are too long or I would just use my OEM ones.
Im looking for Bolts from the manifold to turbo, not studs.

You can just run down to a hardware store and get those bolts, that way it's MUCH cheaper compared to some places and you get the turbo on faster!
I was thinking of that, but they are not the right hardness. They will bend/ stretch and if I try and take them out, they most likely will break.

If you can't use OEM bolts, you may have to find some Grade 8 or better hardware. You may need to order that as they can be tough to find in local shops in the sizes you want. I was able to find an industrial supplier about 25 minutes away that had what I needed though it took me a while and I had to buy a lot more of the pieces than I really needed as they came in small bags rather than individually.

This guy did as good a job as possible, but still had problems from his DNP mani.. Note that he used studs, because of fitment problems w/ oem style bolts. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-intake-exhaust/256157-how-properly-protect-install-your-tubular-manifold.html

That's who I based mine from when I put mine on I think it would be much easier to have the turbo off to put the manifold on but thats just me. It's hard to get the rear ones when it's on the car.

Maybe I had random bolts laying around but I def didnt buy any bolts. I'm sorry if your having trouble I honestly can't remember

Find a local fastener store that carries Grade 10.9 or Grade 12 Metric Fasteners. They are 10mm x 1.25, which is a fine thread pitch. I don't know he length you will need. I just got some for my manifold swap last week. Some places even carry socket head cap screws in that size which can be easier to install in tight places.

Get some anti-sieze for the bolts. The copper based is much better, but I have also used the aluminum/graphite with fair results.
