I did almost the same thing for a dual gauge pod... except I was too lazy to sand it smooth, and it looks... fairly ghettoish.

Very nice work there dave99gst.Iwas thinking about doing something like that myself,but add a little vent for teh ac flow.Here in texas it is too damn hot not have some ac.

my onlyprob with that is .... not blocking the heet -- during winter.. would acualy be cooking the electronics (cant be good )
