i found a deisel intercooler from off a powerstroke deisel. i can get it for dirt cheap j/w if anyone has ever used one i need some info

That and diesel intercoolers are designed with diesels in mind. Less internal fins (better flow, less efficiency) when compared to most other intercoolers.

well i found one that was from an old deisel truck. the intercooler wasnt too big it was about

8 by 2ft or so and 3 inches deep. but would u say it would be a bad idea to uses that intercooler. i just plan on running around 20-22 psi on my big16g. yall think it would heat soak. or just is stupid idea

you could use a one if you really wanted to and were extremely cheap, other wise you could buy a used fmic or get a not-so expensive fmic off ebay and make your own pipes for it (you will of course have to make your own pipes for the deisel ic)

id keep looking rather then trying to make one of them work.
