diagnostic port wire color

1g gsx. I just need to know which wire goes into which port. I have one black wire, one white wire, and one yellow wire with markings. I have used these 3 wires to hook up my data logger and now I need to put the pins back into the diagnostic port connecter.

So I am basically asking what color is the wire's at port 1, 10, and 12. Thanks for the help.
