deletable vaccum lines

ive got a 92 talon n/t 2.0 and ive heard a few people say that theres vaccum lines that you dont need and ones that u do, im looking to clean up my engine compartment alil and if anybody has advice about ### vaccum lines i can take it and that it wont hurt anything, thanks

I am not sure if it is the same with non turbo 4g63, but taboo has diagrams for deleting vacuum lines. This link might help 1g and 2g vacuum lines

On the intake manifold you will see 4 lines that come out near the throttle body. On my 91 Turbo AWD I have removed all these line and replaced them with plugs. I also have removed the fuel pressure solenoid, and my egr is also blocked off.

he beat me to it. on the throttle body, just loop the vacuum lines to each other to save on plugs. then keep the brake booster like, and the line coming off the manifold plenum to the bov. i used the barb coming off the turbo outlet to control the wastegate. havent run it this way yet, but it should work. cleans up the engine bay a lot to get rid of all the vacuum hoses.

yes it does clean the engine up. It allows me now to easily trace all my vaccum lines (from the FPR, and BOV). Take a look at my engine set up you can see how I looped the lines and cleaned up my engine bay.

This image you can see how I removed the fuel pressure solenoid. The fuel pressure reguialtor vacuum line goes directly into the intake manifold.
