vacuum lines

I recently swapped my head to a 6bolt, but im still running 7bolt emissions as well as the 2g EGR can anyone give me the proper wiring for the vacuum lines.

Here is a link to what the lines are suspossed to look like on the stock car. Just ignore the part that has the removal unless you want to remove some
