Paul- The filler rod needed is 1/16 and 1/8. 1/16 for the runners and 1/8 for the head flange. I bought WAYYY to much 1/8.. If anyone wants some 347 1/8 filler rod I have like 5 lbs of it and need to sell some to get some money back. In the mean time I am using 316 filler on the runners.
I just found my notes for the header that I built for Brian, and I was way off on my guess on the diameters that I originally gave you. We used ER308L 1/16" filler for tube to tube and 3/32" filler for tube to flange. 1/8" for tube to flange is OK too though.

Car went 10.61 at 134 today at the track. Welded center diff was a MAJOR help with the car launching. I lower the 2 step to 5k and turned off the anti lag. This was 27psi.

I ripped a 1.61 60ft on the first run which was a 10.8 and then the 10.6 was a 1.7. I think raising the boost and the 2 step will help me get low 10s. A vid is coming

Well some know that I sold off the manifold I made and started on a new build for next year. I am going with a compound set up. Small turbo is a H1C and large is a HX52. I am going to run a t3 BEP housing for the H1C. So I might as well keep this thread going.

I started off by making my own merge collector which is no easy task. Mad props to fabricators who make there own merge collectors. Soon I will have brackets made to hold the large turbo. Here is the progress.

Moved to a new thread under the build section. Its much easier than having the name of this thread changed.
