So i loose the bolt, how now i remove the crank timing sprocket? With a prybar?

With your fingers, they slip off. You may have to soak with a decent penatrant oil, or tap around it with a soft face hammer to loosen any rust between the gear and crank.

Try pb blaster, it is far better at loosening corrosion/rust. Wd-40 really just displaces water.

I had the same issue with my seven bolt. It took a lot if pb plaster. Also, I took a piece of wood and a rubber mallet and tapped the wood at a tangential angle on the teeth, alternating clockwise and counterclockwise. Eventually it gave up its grip. Don't forget to swear at it. That always helps.

Have you tapped around it to loosen it up? Or put 2 bolts on the crank holes and pushed it out the other end! I took mine Off over christmas and a few taps and a wiggle it came off

You say that i can put 2 of the damper bolts and push all the way thru? Didn't know the holes are pass thru.
And yes i tap/smack all around the sprocket before using the puller

Maybe I am wrong on the bolt idea, I think is was what I was going to do if mine got stuck but it came Off easy, have a look and see what you can do on that idea

It will come off, also try a sliding hammer

Use the pry bar and just go around the sprocket until it comes loose. Use the pb blaster it will help loosen it up.

YOYO.. in the pic, you still have the big washer that the crank bolt passes through that locks the gear in place.

Sometimes the washer is stuck in the gear.

Now with the washer in place, you are fighting against yourself with the puller.

Remove the puller, then take a small pry par/screw driver and "pop" the washer out
Now you should be able to use the puller to remove the gear.

Take a drift or blunt chisel and hit around the outside edge of the washer, you have some crud holding it in place.

If you knock it enough it will pop out.

The slide hammer did the job with one pull :)

Now i have doubt if the oil leak falling on the timing belt came from that oil seal.

Cams doesnt look with a leak neither

Check the front case bolts, they can seep oil also.

also remove the oil pump gear, and check for damage to the seal there.
