crankshaft gear/ sprocket

I am almost done with tear down of my 4g63t, 92 Eagle Talon AWD. All I need to do is get that gear off and I can pull the crankshaft out. I have taken the bolt off but it wont come off, I may need a puller. I was wondering if anyone has the part number and where to find this tool. Or any other methods? thanks

you should try to breaking it loose by tapping it with a soft hammer. or placing a wood block on it and goe with an iron hammer

is it just stuck from wear. I don't want to break anything on the block. its a 6 bolt and i want to keep it. I will try your meathod thank you for the help.

Or maybe it could be stuck from the weight. Try wiggling it out. If not, you can use a 3-jaw puller and bolt the pulley back on to use it. Also make sure you use a longer bolt on the crankshaft. That way the threads on thhe crank don't get damaged by the puller bolt. Try both and let us know how it goes.

No luck so far but i will use the wood block idea. i have looked for a puller for it. where can i get one of those? AUTO ZONE?

Yeah they have them at autozone Part number 33627026 this one is $80 but you can rent it from them.

The also have a couple other ones 47011 and 648648 but they do not show prices,
