im in the process of re assembling the car after replacing the head gasket. Gasket looked pretty crappy so im hopin its just that but i see people talkign about thier head cracking. THe car is basically stock, when i drained the coolant there was oil in it but when i drained hte oil it was clean. Whats the possibility that my head is cracked and if it is how much is a new oem head. How will i tell if its cracked? Thanks

Take the head to a machine shop and have it magnafluxed. This will reveal any cracks even if they are not visible to the naked eye. I doubt your head is cracked, I don't think 4g63 heads are really known for cracking. I take 1g heads from my local scrapyard all the time for 30 dollars a piece. It would probably be more cost effective to just grab a 1g head from the junkyard (remember older hyundai elantra's have a 1g head) than to pay $1000 for a brand new oem mitsu head from satan.
