Couple of clearance questions before assembly

Im getting ready to assemble my motor this weekend and was wondering what rod and main clearances should be. Also what the piston ring gaps should be. Motor is a 2.4 4g64 with manley rods and manley pistons stock 4g64 crank has been polished. Will be a daily driver with couple drag races and autocrosses a year! thank you for all the help!!!
