I've searched the forum and haven't found anything. Anyone know what size the coolant holes are? I won't be using them and I need to plug them.

Do you mean the ones on the stock turbo? Those are M14x1.50 on a 1G 5 speed (14B) and M12x1.25 on a 1G Auto (13G). Any other location or model you will have to give us some pointer I'm afraid...
