Coolant overflow reservoir

I found their site but they sell to dealers only, found another place with pro-werks caps, I had no idea they were so expensive. What bungs are you using for the fittings? I'm having a hard time find ones that aren't an inch tall.

I just realized this is 1/8th thick = 125amps. I bet that thing gets hot fast! Still use 1/16th filler?

I can't find anything. Little help? Striking out on ebay/summit/etc

Edit: Seems like jegs is the only place. Still a little pricey for what it is.

I make my own bungs. I've never seen an NPT bung I liked, so I make my own. The most stress on the tank would be at the mounting point, were the bracket is welded on. That is one reason my brackets are wide, more surface area spreads the stress out over a larger area. Paul is right, the Pro Werks caps are more than $25. They aren't cheap, but they are the nicest ones I've found. The end product looks so much better with them. I use 3/32 filler on the whole tank. I only tach with 1/16 to keep the size of the tach down so there isn't a huge lump to weld over and mess up the look of the weld. If you go to my website, you can see some of the other stuff I've done. Erbified Motorsports aluminum fabrication and welding

Here is a different type of design for tight spaces. You can make them skinny and tall.

anyone know if these are still made? i need one for 2g with short route ic piping. i have an aluminum one now but i cannot find a place for it whatsoever. i need a smaller more square box. than a round tubular container.

Going to revive this thread. Wondering if anyone has the 1g coolant overflow and can take measurements for me, looking to get one made here locally.

Unfortunatly I am no longer making these or anything else for that matter. There were alot of personal things going on and just didn't have time for it anymore.
