coolant over flow tank locations

well since i installed my SBR FMIC i lost my coolant over flow tank. i recently purchused to CHM catch cans but was looking for ideas on where to mount them. if anyone would be willing to look in my gallery at the pic of my engine bay and give me and idea it would be greatly appreciated thanks
 
thats my problem its a short route piping fmic so it comes right up the pasanger side frame rail ... i just posted a few more pics if you guys want to check them out let me know what you think
 
Oookay. Did you mean the coolant overflow tank, as you say in your first post, or a catch can as you titled the thread?
A coolant overflow can go virtually anywhere, and can be any shape. It's best if it's not too far below the level of the radiator. The crucial thing is that the overflow/return line is as close to the bottom of the tank as possible, so that you aren't sucking air back into the cooling system when the motor's cooling after shutdown.
A catch can -for sump vapors- can go even more of anywhere.
 
I kept my stock one and mounted it where the SMIC used to be. I bent up a quick little bracket....a little adhesive...done! I even have the factory low coolant sensor still plugged in.
