coolant or no coolant

just a quick question not a newbie but trying to see what the consensis is on watercooling turbos in genral but my 14b in particular i have a 90 tsi awd and i eliminated the coolant lines to the turbo less hassle if and when they leak i do have the stock oil cooler tho i have put about 12,000 on it since the build and about a month ago i turned the boost to 16 am i looking for problems or no big deal ??????

I think you should of left that stuff on. Water cooling lines are there for a reason.
