What do you all do about the coolant line that goes from the thermostat to the oil filter housing? 1g 7 bolt block with a 2g head. I'm using the 2g coolant line and it doesn't line up for some reason.

Curious.

How does it line up at the thermostat housing? Last resort, obviously, would be to bend the lines to better align.

It lines up fine there. It's the lower part that has the issue. I'll take a pic later today if I don't forget.

I believe you, just had to ask. Share some if you can, just to soothe my curiosity. I don’t have pictures in front of me to verify but I can’t imagine there being that significant of a difference between a 1G and 2G block. I expect you’ll end up needing to bend one or the other. This is not typically an issue.

Took forever, but here are a couple more pics.

Can you mount the hardline in the next hole over, moving the circled bolt to the hole with the arrow? Would that give you better spacing there?

You can tap it if it isn’t threaded.

That's what I'm going to attempt to do when I have time. I know it isn't threaded so it will need to be tapped.
