Ive recently replaced my right rear suspension due to some bent/worn parts that were eating my tires alive. To get my alignment back on track, i need a new asentric bolt. I know this isnt the right place for this, but this is my only car and I figured more people would see it here, and maybe someone can help me out. Heres a link to the part i'm talking about. http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=2/5411521866.jpg&s=x402

I need the bolt for the piece in yellow ( not the bolt below the red shock, but on the other end. If someone could help me out that would be awesome.

- Thanks

Order one from the dealer, as I don't think online parts suppliers carry that eccentric bolt. Only ~3-4 dollars/bolt if I remember correctly, I just had to buy new ones cause the old ones seized in there, making it impossible to adjust toe.

Correct. You can't get the bolt, you have to buy the whole toe arm. Luckily, they are only about $30.

ps. enjoy getting the old one off the car ;)

I thought that as well, but when I called my local Mitsu dealer, I was able to buy just the two bolts from Mitsu parts...The dealer in question is located in Watertown, MA, so I don't know if the shipping is worth it, but here's the number anyways.

Either way, jtoby is right, more often than not, getting the old bolt out is gonna necessitate cutting the sleeve and getting a new control arm...There's a tech article posted by wret (if I remember correctly) outlining how to do this.

Good luck.

Well, I have the toe arm off. I have one from a GST and i went to put it back on and the bolt that was on it is like a 1/4inch to short. Figures. LOL. So that part is considered the "toe arm"?

I will dig in my bolt bins to see if i still have one.....I cant remember if I still have it or not. I remeber tellign myself to to save the spares in case i needed them.

I will get back to you tomarrow.
