I'm not sure where to even start. I have a 98 eclipse gst fwd that has a tendancy to blow the 60 amp fuseable and the 20 amp motor fuses under the hood. the 60 amp fuseable gets so hot before it pops t hat it melts on the side closest to the tire. but the weird thing is that it will pop the fuses two or three times and then it won't pop them again for two or three weeks. Where to start????

The problem is that I am a noob and I have no idea where the short could be located. Is there anyone that may be able to tell me what those two fuses are linked to.
