I searched a lil but couldnt really find anything on this. I have my eye on a T28 that i wanna buy but the previous owner cut the compressor housing elbow that conects to the LICP. Can compressor outlets be swapped easily or is it more complicated?

Yes, I agree. The large MHI snap ring can be a PITA. I had a pair of cir-clip pliers that I tried using, and the tips would just break off.

The solution? I took an old set of needle nose pliers and I ground the tips to a finer point. These now make that large snap ring a piece of cake to work with.
