if i ceramic coat the intake mani. will i get colder intake charge if so where on the net do they do that
 
ceramic coating rarely flakes i have my 2g mani, turbo houseing and o2 houseing all ceramic coated and i noticed a lower under hood temp.. its really durable stuff ive had it on for over a year and it still hasnt flaked or chipped or cracked ect...
 
highly doubtfull. You just don't get enough energy transfer from the underhood air. You are better off going with a spacer as mentioned above.

If you are serious and running a sub ambient air/water intercooler then maybe. But if you arn't you are probably loosing energy from the intake charge with a spacer. Intercoolers rarely get you anywhere near ambient...150F is more likely under boost.
