NGK BPR6ES if your stock/lightly modded
NGK BPR7ES is what most of us run
NGK BPR8ES if you are heavily modded and running high boost.

They are only 1.85 from your local NAPA a piece, so I don't think you should scour the internet to save a buck.

For the record, I ran 30 psi w/ my 18G and FP2X cams w/ NGK BPR7s. But this was w/ water injection. I'm sure that helped the plugs to remain cool during hard acceleration.

There colder then stock so will have a tendancy to foul up easier at idle.

You should read your plugs and if theu look like they are too hot go colder.
